Our audio is uploaded to our website and backed up on the server. Retention is 3 years after official minutes are approved for regular meetings and permanent for closed meetings.
Audio / Video Recording Website Storage Policy
No audio files are currently stored on our site
Our website has video files for Board meetings for the past ten years or so. Anyone can view the meetings.
I'm fairly new and not aware of a policy but will inquire.
We do not put audio files on our website. They are retained on a server for three months after approval of the minutes of the meeting they are for - as per our state records retention policy.

The question in our office was just raised, "Why is there no closed caption?"
Is that ADA compliance or just general?
